Good teamwork but parking and pay could improve - RN BSN Harborview Medical Center Employee Review

For the most part you can trust almost everyone on the security team to help each other out when needed. The job is very confrontational and it is a blessing to have a team you can trust. The current director at the time of my review is amazing, supports us the best and can while listening to every concern. Doing his best to improve our work life balance.

Supervisors, especially some of the day shift supervisors call out so much you might only see them once a pay period. Leads to a few pay issues but otherwise the biggest con is the high risk of injury.

-reasonable schedule -clinicians are nice -nice coworkers

-more experienced managers seem to leave the team quickly
