      Flexible schedule Decent pay for type of work and the area/market Training for the job is very good

      Cons

      Upper/above store management is not the best In store management can sometimes behave like the proverbial “mean girls” from high school Sales not the greatest, so many periods of dead air in terms of activity

      Pros

      At my location we were given a 15 minute break. My coworkers were decently good. Never took advantage of their benefits but they seemed good.

      Cons

      We never had any shift leads on night shift, most people would quit within 2 months of working so night shift was understaffed. Management could be better.
