The Hargroves family - they treat all staff badly. Lot's of stirring, arguing, shouting, blaming, etc. It is not a good environment. Knee-jerk reactions to trivial things, like a cardboard box out of place. YOU will be blamed for things outside of your control. Head Office - There is an 'Us Vs Them' culture between the HO staff and shop workers. The office is full of sycophantic types who like to get the owner riled up and shouting at shop management. Poor pay - they never pay bonuses, they dock wages and generally pay is poor.
