Pros

-Easy hire if you're qualified. -Great peers.

Cons

-Upper management is quite ignorant of anything under them. -Quarterly meetings so that you can hear how well the company is doing at the expense of your general comfort as an associate. -Turnover rate is nearly as high as telemarketing. -Horrible favoritism is shown; promotion is not based upon performance.

Pros

If you are really fast at calls you can make a lot of extra money with bonuses, but you need to work prime hours so you have enough calls.

Cons

There is no room for growth

Pros

Most of the co-workers were nice.

Cons

Horrible/little to no training. The management is never on the same page. You will be given responsibilities of salaried members of management. There's a good chance you'll be locked in a call center, alone, all night. No bonus pay or performance incentives as discussed.
