Pros

Harness is a category creating innovator providing continuous delivery as a service. The CTO is from Apple, the CEO is the founder of AppD, and the CRO has a long history of success at various stops. The people across the entire organization are A players, and it's very much a results oriented culture with minimal politics. I've worked in sales engineering for 10 years, and I've never seen such a customer focused engineering team.

Cons

Typical startup challenges. Work/life balance is tough. From a sales perspective every deal is challenging because the space is new so everything is un-budgeted.

Cons

Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.

Pros

It’s a paycheck. Good brand recognition.

Cons

Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
