      Pros

      Platform is truly the best in the space. Flexible work environment. Some good benefits and perks.

      Cons

      Company has laid people off or eliminated positions and hasn’t communicated or openly discussed it with the company. Core value is trust through transparency, but there isn’t any transparency. There is not a lot of collaboration between departments and disorganization.

      Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      It’s a paycheck. Good brand recognition.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
