Pros
It's a great place to work if your a slacker and don't take your job seriously or care about your work life balance and simply need a pay check. Accountability and quality is very low so it's easy to simply do some stuff to get by while other skilled employees muddle through to patch things over.
Cons
Inexperience is rampant and staff training is pretty much none existent. Anyone decent gives up and leaves once they are broken and demoralized from the work load or they have conceded that the pay will never amount to anything decent compared with other companies. Many a coworker is more concerned with their social day than work.
