Pros
Aside from the family-oriented atmosphere, the immediate perks upon hiring, and the extremely competitive pay; it's an opportunity to work with people who truly like what they do and the company that employs them. None of the "I just needed a job until I can find a better one." It is a true community in every sense of the word!
Cons
Of the very few cons I've encountered, they have all had to do with the onboarding process as a new remote employee. Harris has been around a long time, but like most of us, they are still getting some things perfected in this new remote employment era.
