Executive and senior leadership espouses collaboration and being One Harris and then turns around, consolidates their own power and does not promote and practice a collaborative team mentality.
The organization is trying to be an enterprise but is lacking severely in established processes. For the processes they have in place they let the different office sites and departments ignore them and operate as they see fit.
The environment is very toxic, you have little support from senior management and the only way to accomplish anything is to fight against co-workers and other departments.
Their Human Capital department will likely respond to this with platitudes but they are among the worst. I've witnessed little care for the employees, retaliation when they are questioned on practices and multiple examples of general ineptitude, the most glaring of which is the deployment of the new HR system that was done exceptionally poorly of an "enterprise" organization
