Growth but no real professional growth - Anonymous employee Harris Health Employee Review

IT recruiters are not helpful No professional room for growth if you are not a nurse I had been working here since 2012 graduated with my bachelors in Management Information Systems couldn't get a job with IT or administration here so I applied somewhere and got offered making more than the position offered here. They have a culture of hiring outside rather giving internal candidates an opportunity. They are known for letting people leave (like myself) and they come back and get offered more when they come back which is the most non-resourceful thing HR can do. Recruiters are very rude and not willing to help.
