      My coworkers at Harris Teeter were some of the nicest people I've ever met, and made getting through the shift a breeze most days.

      Cons

      Management in my experience does not even pretend to care about rank and file employees, especially concerning unexpected matters, car issues, etc. My managers had a tendency to hole up in their office for hours on end, staring at their phones.

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
