Cons
My training was rushed and not a priority. When I reached out for help I was told "we'll get to that" and assigned something else. I've worked in several stores and none of my managers gave me a break or planned out my shift to allow for one. If I'm struggling with something the managers don't care and walk by. You are on your own.
