Pros
Friendly staff and starts you out with at least decent pay when starting out.
Cons
ON CALL CRAP is annoying.... they do nothing but waste peoples time.. scheduling us 7hrs.. and like 4 days On call and they know they could just schedule us off like anyone else... So I cant make any plans because I am always on call... It wasn't like this from the beginning but starting to go downhill quickly
