Pros

There's plenty of work to do. If you're full time you have no trouble getting 40 hours each week.

Cons

The only people getting fair pay when moving into management are hired from outside the company. People promoted from within don't get paid close to what the external hires get.

Pros

Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

Cons

Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
