Any time off prior to 1 year is unpaid, including sick time - The company is an “ Energy Vampire!” They suck time and energy out of their employees with nothing to give in return. STAY AWAY AND FIND EMPLOYERS THAT ARE SINCERE IN DEVELOPING SYNERGISTIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES THAT ENHANCE THE BENEFITS OF THE ORGANIZATION AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE THAT SERVE IT!
