Pros

Competitive company with their competition, a lot of opportunities to move up in the company if desired. Internal management training openings every four months.

Cons

You hear a lot about a "customer first" mentality that doesn't get transferred to all aspects of the job. Labor hours slashed and still expected to maintain minimum customer wait times with just a few people scheduled. Management gets on you about going over scheduled hours but it's impossible to get tasks done on time being so short staffed. Corporate spends more time and money than it needs to making mandatory monthly training videos. Resources would be better spent making sure that the stores are adequately staffed and scheduled.

Pros

Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

Cons

Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
