Pros

Solid pay for the industry Usual 5-day work week

Cons

Usually work closer to the 50-mile maximum away from home. Company management is out of touch with what happens in stores. Operations and merchandising don't talk, and this creates big headaches at the store level. Job performance only matters as much as your bosses want it to. It's more about whether you are liked and put into good situations. Expectations are high for stores but not for warehouses or offices. When asking about issues, you are told to " Control what you can control."

Pros

Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

Cons

Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
