Pros

Generally nice staff/ team at the Leeds office

Cons

Horrifically managed, wrong priorities from the owners (only focussed on profit). MD ran the company like it was in the 1980’s with an attitude to match. Very resistant to any change. Highest staff turnover I’ve ever experienced, causing chaos in the back office and no processes were ever updated or changed. Very poor attitude toward customers and zero transparency. Company under lots of litigation with customers and no actions to properly resolve issues. Not a place to work if you want to progress or keep your mental health intact. Also NO BENEFITS and the pay only gets increased for new hires, impossible to get more money once you’re in the role.

Pros

it was a nice environment to work at where everyone is not overlooked but helped achieving the common goal.

Cons

it was a fast based environment it will take time getting use too but fun place to work.

None now unfortunately Good temp stop

Cons

Been there many years, used to love it. But management changed owners have got greedy, and customer service is none existent. All the long serving experienced staff have left. There is no one long enough to realise that some staff have come back after been sacked for serious breaches. There is no promotion within they bring in staff they have worked with before to cover them.
