Cons
Shift hours are long. Most positions are intense on the body the first month. Proper foot wear a must to hold up physically. Some areas in departments are very warm, sometimes too warm for comfort. A Shuttle to certain departments from parking lot at beginning and end of shifts would be AWESOME. Parking lots have plenty of space, however, not enough handicap spaces and long walk to certain areas before clocking in. not too many negative issues.
