Pros

I worked in the smaller Atlanta office where your co-workers are like family. It was a fun and creative environment. We would often go out to lunch together or go out for patio drinks on a nice Friday after work. You would work some long hours before and during the events but there was usually time to breath in-between them. You get to travel to the events that you help produce and see the inner workings of great live events and attend awesome concerts.

Cons

There is not a lot of room for growth with-in and management can be disorganized as it is a smaller company. They like to hire freelance workers instead of hiring full time employees.

Pros

The entire team at Hartmann Studios is truly made up of the most excellent, talented, and kind humans. The projects are interesting, the work is rewarding, and the atmosphere is supportive and welcoming -- even to remote workers.

Cons

If you work on certain projects that are brand-related, there can be a lot of cooks in the kitchen but this is a very small look at the big picture at Hartmann Studios and is really only a reflection of how much people care about how the brand is shown.

Pros

The only pro I have for you is— experience.

Cons

Company is not diverse at all. Every once in a while they’ll hire someone Black or other POC- then terminate them. Everyone is White. To not have diversity in a city like Atlanta— the Black Mecca, is very intentional... To have only 5 black employees out of 900 is absolutely disgusting. Management was very cliquish. The job did not feel real. The expectations were ridiculous for the type of work we did — not ground breaking. People working there 10-20 years so good luck to moving up, if you’re new…They’re stuck there.
