Layoffs and salary cuts - Engineer Harvard Bioscience Employee Review

Great company with a supportive and team oriented culture. Autonomy, great commission structure.

Base salary could be better.

Coworkers were lovely and personable, great to work with and culturally it was a nice mix of people. Benefits were above average (not excellent).

Pay is low. Ended up leaving for the same type of work at a different place for 25-30% more. I think their Minnesota based HR department needs a class on salaries in relation to geography. Massive turnover. In my few years time, 2 CEOS, 4 CMOs, 2 CFOs...that doesn't show stability. Every several months there seems to be a small layoff/hours & pay cut.
