      Company does provide good training.

      Cons

      They are a sweat house for staff. Continually place higher than normal work loads on staff. Don’t provide help when asked. Unfair promotions to staff that aren’t qualified. High staff turnover Poor salary and work expectations Supervisors and managers don’t do work pass off to staff to complete

      The RRSP matching is decent

      Cons

      Management is full of outdated ideals touted by detached managers who don't consider the human impact. SO many racist understones.
