Pros

The clinicians were great people to work with as well office staff.

Cons

No transparency and "Everyone is replaceable" attitude. Management does not care about employees and will work staff and clinicians to the ground. Any type of disagreement or push back will automatically get you fired with no warning. It's unfortunate that great clinicians and office staff had to leave because of the toxic environment and culture this business has.

It's so rewarding working for Harvard Partners, I am respected and my manager is always ready to help. My days can be fast-paced and sometimes challenging but it makes my days more interesting. Every day is different. It is a great organization to work for and the pay is good.
