The most toxic workplace I’ve ever been in. It’s a very typical Chinese culture company with tons of bureaucracy and office politics. You’ll end up working under leaders with serious narcissistic tendencies, they’ll use your work ethic to guilt you into working overtime and even handling their personal matters. They love to talk big and paint pretty pictures, but in the end, you’re the one doing all the dirty work while they take all the credit. There’s little to no real growth or benefit for you. Also, the management is a complete mess, zero transparency, constant information asymmetry, and endless internal fights. One toxic, show-off coworker can ruin the whole team’s atmosphere. The Web3 industry itself is great, but this company is not. If you value your mental health, stay far away.
