Pros
My team was pretty good. Overall most of the workers are, they know what they're doing and they're often willing to help if you have issues. Additionally, my direct manager was quite good and genuinely wanted to help the team out, both now and for future positions we might get.
Cons
Upper management is a disaster. They insist on exerting their authority over the slightest issues, and if you disagree you are often entirely ignored or sometimes even outright punished. They also constantly seem to be on vacation, despite the fact that employees only get 2 weeks accrued no matter how long you've been there and no sick days. Additionally, they often have no clue what they're talking about, and will criticize results that they both don't understand and will not listen about. Also the pay is a bit lower than most other positions at this level and while it does grow over time, it doesn't really keep up with industry averages
