Terrible Company - Sales Haulmark Services Employee Review

This Company offers 401K with Company match contributions, Paid vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Health and Dental Insurance, Raises based on merit, Yearly Bonuses and Company picnics. This is a small to medium size company and being so everybody has to pull their own weight with clear written understanding of what their job descriptions of what is expected. I do know first hand that the owners care about their employees, I can't remember 1 employee at Haulmark Services that needed help whither it financial, vehicle break down, medical needs or whatever the need was or is that the owners offered and in fact did lend a hand and in many cases fixed or solved the personal issues that the employees were going through, I really can't think of a time that the owners didn't step up and help. If you are not afraid to work, this is an ideal place to work!! I plan to retire at Haulmark Services.

although the work pace is fast and demanding with rewards to match, I would like to see more company meetings with all employees together at one time. We do have daily and weekly departmental meetings but it would be great if we could manage company weekly or biweekly meetings.
