This company gets it! They nail the culture and lead from a place where they are all more interested in other's good than their own needs. They develop new talent, and grow expertise in the mining industry, not just shuffle the same stale and tired people around. They genuinely have a "safe space" culture, where all are encouraged to be their best selves, no matter what that is.
The CEO embodies this leadership, and as it is genuine, the performance that is coming from even the most junior staff is exceptional!
Customers rave about Haultrax staff and service, and that is because every member is genuinely interested in what the customer needs. Haultrax staff can be described as happy, supportive and passionate. I'm not even sure they know how amazing their culture is. It just is - TeamHX
