Pros
- good and friendly team leaders and co-workers - relatively organized information repository - flat structure - easy communications - Team manager tries to help you as much as they can, so it's a good place to start for fresh hires
Cons
- Management demands too much from employees with limited technology levels or system architecture to handle volumes of work load - Can sometimes get too client-pleasing at the expense of employees - Complaint handling used to be good and reasonable, but has been getting unreasonable(i.e. blame-pushing) recently - Job is relatively simple but gets very repetitive, very few new things to learn after a while
