      Scam and Lies - "Marketing Assistant" Havoc Employee Review

      None at all, interview process was also very quick.

      Cons

      100 percent Scam. They advertise the job as a graduate one, but in reality you will meet college students who have to force themselves to enjoy their job. No real wage (commission). Please do not waste your time working here, you are a slave to them and they essentially just make money off you.

      Hello, We are sorry to hear your negative experience with the company. Our jobs are open to people of all backgrounds and while we target graduates this does not make up the entirety of our applicant stream. We have a commission based structure that works for those fit for the role. Further to this, we in no way look to make money of our contractors, our contractors are paid on a weekly basis based on their commission. If you can sell then you will work well in this environment, and we are sorry to hear that you did not. We wish you all the best moving forward.

      Good pay for the work. Most Coworkers are good people. Internal promotions

      Cons

      Supervisors promoted from within but don’t necessarily have managerial skill or training. Supervisors use 1950 antagonistic tactics. Fear is a short term solution Way too many family members working there ( hate to see how many people would have to take off for a family funeral). Family members include children, aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, spouses, and who know how deep it goes. HR members promoted from within which again doesnt mean they have HR training or skills (more likely to be friends with other employees). WAY Too much favoritism. Plus- Dangerous working conditions including poor lighting, unsafe stairs, dirty work shields covering saws, etc.
