Good commission structure, no micro-management and access to some of the top Tech clients in NI as well as new FDIs. Management were very approachable and were flexible whenever needed.

Like every other Agency in tech recruitment, 2023 was a really tough year and maybe HH scaled a bit too fast (like the majority of tech companies). As the market stabilises, I'm sure they'll be firing on all cylinders again soon.

Excellent commission structure and progression (with clear targets on what you need to achieve) Do very well at bringing on key accounts, good people working within the business (who are good banter) and always have activities that keeps in fun too.

Went through a period of focusing on bums on seats and grew to quickly but seem to have rectified that.
