Fun colleagues with a big sense of humor. They are truly the ones who make it ok to spend your time there.

Don't know where to begin. The worst experience in my life. Micromanagement, doesn't trust their employees who work in the marketing team. Expects them to work overtime without any rewards and the salaries are a huge joke. If you're not a friend of the CEO, then your salary is good. You are expected to deliver 200 % at all times, no competence development, didn't even let the graphic designers take 1 hour/month to educate themselves on new tools. A workplace full of narcissists constantly lying and firing people for not kissing their behinds and manipulating people so they feel like they're not worth anything if they don't work more than expected.
