Pros
I've been at this company since the early days and have seen it grow from 10 employees to over 100. The culture is relaxed but hardworking, largely self managed but with management ready to help with problems if they happen. I've always felt very well looked after and supported, and it's great to be able to work with an international company from Cornwall.
Cons
For me, it's just the commute
