Not a bad salary for Cornwall, generally nice staff.
Cons
The directors and management say that they really care about their employees but they only really want people who will stay in their lane, progression is limited and they are not interested in taking a chance on ideas. They're not truly up for flexible working either, they say a lot but deliver very little to their staff.
