-there have been so many changes and expectations that are frustrating to navigate
-they expect way too much for so little pay and no benefits
-this role is so taxing on your own mental health... many of the members that you see aren't a good fit for coaching, so you're also filtering a lot of members for therapy and navigate really heavy mental health conversations that aren't within the scope of coaching
-feedback isn't delivered live, it's all put in a spreadsheet that's clearly input by automation
