Mismanagement - The leadership team clearly does not not understand how to manage a team. Starting with the fact that it grew too fast 100-300 in just over a year and then expecting growth to accelerate as function of employee count. Understand that your product is too expensive and in the same price as Netflix, why would anyone want to pay the same price as Netflix?
I was at the company just under a year. I quit when i found out that my manager was demoted to the same level as me and i wasn't told for 3 weeks. It showed up on the internal org charts but nobody wanted to tell me. I decided it was better to quit than work for a company that really does not know how to manage its employees
The company has been facing a deluge of employees quitting. I don't think Rich or the management team understands what it takes to keep employees happy.
