      Stressful requirements and insufficient mentorship because it is a small startup.

      Pros

      1) flexible work hours 2) dedicated management. Very easy to get in touch with CEO to resolve any issue or to seek general guidance. 3) Innovative work. I feel like I learn something new almost everyday

      Cons

      No in-person meetings. Since headstrt only operates on a wfh basis, I still haven't had the opportunity to meet people which I feel would increase the ease of working with other team mates!
