I always felt like my managers listened to my issues and gave lots of training and help when needed. They really work as a team here to get it done each and every work day! I feel fortunate to have been apart of such a hard working bunch.

Management can feel too hands on at time.

Since working at Health Analytics, I'll admit, the road has been rocky to say the least. My issue was there were no processes or directives. The vision was muddled. However; the President took time to hear my concerns and ideas and we both agreed there needed to be some major changes on all parts. We rebuilt relationships with our clients and vendors. We hired an incredible staff whose main focus is on having Health Analytics grow and be fruitful. We listened to employee grievances and took direct action. We hired all new management, updated our infrastructure and open the lines of communication. I really enjoy working here and feel my work helps the people in our community.

The website needs a little work, I feel we need a better presence.
