- Employees are entitled (get over the 401K match) and some do the minimum to get by
- Middle management is slow to respond and out of touch with the everyday struggles
- Working with other teams can be impossible. The clients teams (TDs especially) won't even respond to you unless it benefits them
- The annual reviews process is not clear or consistent across teams. This is especially an issue with the hiring/promotion freeze in place because it creates anxiety not knowing what the future looks like.
