Thanks for your feedback. I’m grateful for our team member engagement as well. In regards to our emphasis on diversity and inclusion, a core part of our mission is building a strong culture that includes respect and love, which means that we will continue to invest and communicate about our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts regularly. However, letting team members go because they do not fit a specific profile is not part of that work.
