      Pros

      Cooperative lower management, staff works together as a team.

      Cons

      Upper management puts emphasis on numbers and not clients. Caseloads got to be large and almost unmanageable so that clients were not receiving best possible clinical care.

      Pros

      Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

      Cons

      Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
