      disorganized; lack of support; poor training; too much change too quickly; lack of clear directive; cut throat upper management; watching good people walk away; poor pay with high expectations

      Pros

      Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

      Cons

      Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
