Pros

genuinely care about employees and their life balance offer guidance the upper management doesn't ask anyone to do anything they don't do themselves Corporate is very supportive of directors and staff COA accredited it is alot of paperwork, but so worth the outcomes the plus pay model is great. good base salary then an hourly pay rate fast growing state and many advancement opportunities culture of offices is inline with HCA mission and values office culture is very team oriented case loads are not excessive. believe in employees working their case loads and not the case loads working the employee

Cons

We are presently working on ECR and in a couple of months, will be total ECR. accept more commercial insurances

Pros

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
