Pros

Make your own schedule. No micromanaging.

Cons

The benefits with the company taking most of your pay when billing. Also the directors for the ABA and mental health programs are not ethical in performing their duties. They recommend billing multiple hours and then tell you after they get audited that you’re not allowed to bill that amount of hours. It’s very fishy and odd.
