Pros

Great people and the program has so much potential. I genuinely hope they work out the kinks and get it running smoothly. I just couldn’t be a part of the team as it goes through that process.

Cons

Training was inadequate, rushed, and did not prepare me for the position. The caseload was geographically impossible to manage and no insight was sought from staff. It felt as though we were being micromanaged and given busy work while the company pivoted from one training plan to another. The position is predominately evening and nights hours, however multiple days per week early morning meetings were mandatory . This led to little work life balance or any ability to work another job to supplement the lower level pay being offered.

Pros

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
