Pros

FSA Store is a great company, filled with smart, friendly people who are genuinely working hard to make this an even better company. Management is approachable, as are all my coworkers. As a young (6 years old!) company experiencing and maintaining rapid growth, everyone is expected to pull their weight while having fun and learning. Good culture and events, everyone chips in and all ideas welcome. Love the work/life balance, being encouraged to have a life outside of work. Lots to do every with no cookie cutter day, helps to keep things interesting. Also love the never ending supply of coffee and tea. FSA Store supports my caffeine habit with 4 coffee makers (2 Keurigs, 1 standard and 1 french press)

Cons

Kind of a niche market, but skills easily translatable within ecommerce/retail/healthcare industries Office is too cold in the summer. AC on full blast! Running out of conference rooms for calls is a big one. Thankfully CEO and CTO are open to playing musical chairs with us Weight gain from the office snacks

Pros

remote work that feels like you're in a room with adults. however, there are a few too many "thought leaders" in the over bloated exec team which make priorities and ownership confusing. they have an amazing competitive advantage with insurance partnerships, but it felt as if there were too many cooks in the kitchen at times which made work take longer than it needed to with far too many rounds of revisions/approvals.

Cons

empower individuals to truly own their lanes. snuff out people that are all talk and no action. learn from poor investments - create more narrow strategy and execute. certain teams and managers unfortunately can be/feel cliquey. some teams will assign blame to others/point the finger across the aisle vs. take accountability. can feel a little "style over substance" with flashy off sites, remote perks, strong HR presence when behind the scenes they are PE owned and will make layoffs and tough decisions when margins and profits aren't where they were projected to be.
