Great company, flexibility, benefits, and time off.

We need to move to a different office building that is more modern.

The quick and easy pros: The pay is generous and above average for the area. Benefits are good and are effective pretty soon after starting. The 401k plan is very good, and access to the professionals running your account are available to speak to at any time. Vacation time. Personal pros: There is a lot of freedom when developing. This could be a pro or a con depending on who you are. One thing about this company is it is very demanding and fast paced. Some people take this as being frustrating or confusing, but the challenges are a pro for me. Every day is something new. One last thing I really enjoy about this company is the openness in meetings for anyone to give their opinions on how a new product should function or what the best way of doing a thing may be. Letting the whole team take part in the brainstorming really lets everyone take pride in their work and feel like they had a part in it. The team does really well at fragmenting large projects into smaller chunks and working together to make an idea a reality quickly and efficiently.

As said above, this is a fast paced company. Trying to stay ahead of the industry can seem chaotic at times, but it keeps things interesting. Just try to be ready to change direction at any time and you'll be fine.
