We have a CEO who loves to win and pays it forward by conducting weekly entrepreneurship classes to all employees. In addition: Competitive pay with benefits Company paid daily healthy lunches Company wide fitness break mid-day (yoga, weight training, spin classes, mobility, group running etc.) We do mid day company stand up meetings where we celebrate victories (wins) from each person for the day. Very competitive atmosphere. We all have some type of health conscious/ athletic background who have a history of winning.
Cons
This is a start up, so the hours are long. If you are looking for a 9 to 5, this is probably not the place for you. We work hard and are growing at a rapid pace. If you don't adapt well to change and have low endurance, pass on this career move.
