Honestly, it’s an exciting time to join before the height of their success (we will only continue to grow from here). The people are encouraging and ambitious. I am honored to be a part of HIQ, personally! If you are top talent, don’t let the reviews scare you - they are misplaced and it depends entirely on your team/department. I’m really glad I didn’t let the reviews scare me. It was the right decision to join.

We also work primarily on slack rather than email. That is a huge con to some and a huge pro to others.
