HWP is made up of incredibly talented individuals who consistently strive to deliver high-quality work for our clients. I’m proud to be part of the HWP team! Coming from another agency before joining HWP, I can truly say that I am valued as an individual and not just a number. Additionally, the healthcare and 401k benefits are extremely generous and like nothing I’ve seen at other agencies in this field.

Work days can be long at times but this is typical for all med comms agencies. HWP understands that we all have personal lives and leadership encourages you to shift hours if there is a personal commitment that you need to tend to.

Flexible remote work environment, opportunities to travel to fun places for work, and I felt a strong connection to the value of the work. People seemed to move up quickly but I didn't stay long enough for that.

This is the only place I've worked where I had another adult literally yell at me in the workplace. I also found myself in situations where I was being pulled onto last minute calls at 6 PM while trying to feed my child dinner and, when I was out sick with COVID on a Saturday morning, I was asked to listen in on a meeting and take notes. The expectations for availability and accomodation were really over the top.
