No petty issues regarding compensations, leaves etc. Deliver and enjoy freedom as it should be.

1. Unnecessary long meetings. 2. Sometimes force of markets take over force of common-sense logic when it comes to decision making. 3. Freshers and juniors should be ready to get some proper heat. If you can bear with it you will be a better person on the other end.
